I have worked for HomeWell for over 5 years. They have a profound knowledge of the home care sector. They take it one step further by combining care and companionship with compatibility, making it an enjoyable experience for all involved. Our jobs are community based, but to do well we must be empowered as individuals and be able to count on support when needed, something that HomeWell does really well. To be happy I think you have to be doing something you not only enjoy, but really love, and HomeWell makes that possible. They take personal interest in each and every individual and give 100%. Working for HomeWell Senior Care has not been a “job” at all. Susan and Steven are very compassionate and understanding . They will work with each employee to help schedule or re-schedule shifts so that everyone’s needs are fairly met. They are always considerate of the employee’s needs as well as the needs of our clients. In my experience, each client’s needs vary and being able to help them in a multitude of ways is extremely rewarding. I have found that our clients are really nice people and always appreciative of the help we deliver.

I strive to not only meet, but surpass expectations while attending to whatever care requirements a client may have, all while ensuring that important sense of dignity, independence and respect.  Often it’s the attention to detail and the little, thoughtful extras like home cooking and baking that can make such a difference in our clients’ lives.
